Healthy Banana Cookies
These healthy banana cookies will win over everyone in your household, including your dog! In my house they usually get gobbled up my husband and I with a few left for Coco Bean – and depending on how big of puppy eyes she gives us, maybe more.
With less than a handful of ingredients, these cookies are fool proof AND super healthy. You can even add a dash of cinnamon to make it a little more fall flavored.
2 Ripe Bananas
1 Cup Steal Cut Oats
3 Tbsp Organic Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
2 Tbsp Shredded Unsweetened Coconut (optional)
• Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat oven to 350°F/145°C.
• Using a fork, mash the bananas in a medium size bowl.
• Add in the remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.
• Spoon out small to medium sized dollops onto your baking sheet and bake for approximately 15 minutes.
