Hi Pretty Fluffies! Are you completely over winter yet? March has finally arrived, and you know what that means. Spring is almost upon us! I have to tell you, I’m usually all about the autumn and winter months here in the states, but this year I am eagerly awaiting the delightful spring season. The deep shades of green, the colorful flowers and cherry trees, the numerous fruits and leafy veggies that come into season, and especially all of the incredibly cute baby animals that pop up – what’s not to love?

To kick off the month of March (and also in hopes of bribing spring to come a bit early) I decided to plan a healthy little St. Patrick’s Day Brunch. This really got me in the spring mood. Not to mention photographing these adorable dogs around all of this food. Seriously hilarious and completely entertaining!

This easy to create setting is perfect for visiting with a friend or two, and of course, your furry bff. Now, how could this get any better? Great company, a cheery table… Just wait! I’ve created a super healthy, vegan, paleo, and gluten-free menu that is sure to satisfy your taste buds. Plus an extra special treat for the pups. We’ll dive into the scrumptious menu and a fun DIY in the next post. For now, enjoy this springtastic preview!

    • ha ha – I normally wouldn’t allow her to sit at the table so she felt extra special that day! I don’t know what thrilled her more, sitting up high to see what was going on OR staring at the food ;)
